If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, you can avail our service by placing your orders via our website. We will deliver it at your doorstep. You can also collect your orders by yourself from our warehouse.
To change your shipping address, login to your account. Go to “my account” and click on addresses. You will find an edit button situated at the top right corner beside the shipping address. Edit the address as required. Click on save address.

In case of any unfortunate incident, if you find any fault or damage in the delivered product, you will be eligible for a full refund of that particular product. In case you have received a wrong item, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, make sure you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. No cancellation or exchange requests will be taken after 24 hours.
Sorry, in case you wish to cancel your order there should be a genuine reason behind that. We offer full refund and cancellation for any damaged product, if informed within 24 hours of delivery with proof. In that case your refund will be done within the next 48 hours.

In case you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, you cannot change the address from your end. You will have to write to us at [email protected], and get it changed. However, in case the order has been already dispatched we won’t be able to change your address. You will have to cancel and reorder.
In case you are not available for receiving the delivery, your order will be automatically cancelled and returned to its origin. Requesting a reattempt will be chargeable.
If you have initiated any refund, it will be initiated as soon as we receive the returned goods. If the goods are in proper shape, your money will be refunded through the payment method you have used while purchasing.
